We want you to feel confident purchasing from Divergent Designs LLC (“Divergent Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received and include its original packaging and components.
To request a return, contact us at info@divergentdesigns.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a product back without first contacting us.
Opened or Used Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been substantially used, damaged after delivery, altered, or are missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
We understand that some Divergent Designs products may need to be opened or briefly handled to determine whether they are appropriate for you or your family. Opening packaging alone does not automatically make an item ineligible for return.
Eligibility and refund amounts may be determined based on the condition of the returned product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@divergentdesigns.com with your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Divergent Designs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges will not be included in the refund except where required by law or where the return resulted from our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that have been substantially used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products missing significant components
• Gift cards or other non-refundable items, if offered
• Items designated as final sale at the time of purchase
• Personalized or custom-made products, if offered
These restrictions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Orders Purchased Through Third-Party Retailers
Products purchased through Amazon or another third-party marketplace or retailer are generally subject to that retailer's applicable return and refund policies and should normally be returned through the retailer from which they were purchased.
Divergent Designs cannot directly issue refunds for purchases for which payment was collected by a third-party retailer unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or has shipped.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the simplest process may be to return the original eligible item and place a new order.
